Player Non-Payment of Fees Policy
1. Player cannot play unless fee payment is in good standing order and fees are up to date.
2. If parents of player cannot make payment, payment plan will be drafted that is acceptable to both the parents of the player and the Board.
3. The parents of the payer must sign off on the payment plan to pay.
4. If payment plan is not met, player can petition the Board for hardship.
5. If payment plan or hardship is not approved by the Board, the player is not eligible to play for another Hockey team. AHAI will be notified.
6. The player will be suspended indefinitely from HCHC until payments are up to date.
Player Injury Policy - Approved Feb. 19, 2009
Player Injury Policy
1. Injury must have occurred during a HCHC event.
2. Player must provide Doctor’s written confirmation of injury.
3. Player must be unable to play hockey for a 6 week period before able to be eligible for refund.
4. Player will receive reimbursement of fees for period of absence of 45 days from injury, pro-rated to total amount of days missed, not to exceed $500.
5. Player must receive written Doctor’s approval to return to play.
6. Reimbursement covers injuries only, not suspensions or violations of athletic code.
